Ed Sheeran and Bruno Mars eat out yo hearts. (Nice shoes)

A cheeky little hello to you lovely people. It's rather nice to back and writing another post. It's been busy down NORTH HQ of late and we are so excited for our Summer Festival Tour.

What have we been up to? Well. Where to start. Meetings with the Arts Council, meetings at Northern Stage, hosting a fundraiser, busking down Hoult's Yard for the Late Shows, making plans with a certain festival that is coming up in October (we'll be curating some very exciting and juicy events...(excellent world play there...have you guessed it?).

And may I take this opportunity to introduce you to the newest member of North, the egg shaker. We are serious Actor-Musicians donchaa know.

Wee Cutie

We also have another new addition to the family, as you can see by the sheer joy in my face I am VERY, VERY excited.

So let me take you back a few weeks and keep you up to speed with the Lunar party. Our first fundraiser featuring an abridged version of the show and a some songs we'd put together, including our all time favourite acoustic version of "No Diggity". Meghan very much enjoys singing "east-side to the west-side' and "phat rides" no less.

Rosa and Niall, our lovely Stage Door Group members

It was a wonderful evening and thank you so much to all who came down. We also made a film documenting our journey so far which should be on our YouTube page very soon. We spent a day with type writers and tea lights in the loft of Northern Stage making the stop motion for the film. We do love a stop motion we do.

It's really lovely not only working as a collective of actors but also film-makers and musicians. We're hoping to, one day, be a highly sought after wedding band. For realz.

North's female string duo...

In all honesty though, we're having great fun building our repertoire of music for future gigs and busking ventures.

Workin' and a Playin' hard down Hoult's Yard

Wor Maria turned a ripe old 25 too and we bought her a gluten free chocolate cake sprinkled with gluten free caramel slice squares, haribo and strawberries. We're dead good like that.

Peace and Love from the NOFFICE x

Until next time...
